These terms apply to the Nada app for iPhone and Android and to this website. By using them, you accept them. If you don't, don't use them.

What the app does, and what it doesn't

Nada is a button that does nothing. It counts your taps and the time you spend doing nothing, shows how many people in the world may be doing nothing right now, hands out useless achievements and offers the Nada Challenge: leaving your phone alone for a while.

• It does not make you more productive, calmer or richer. The «PRO» screen is a joke: there are no subscriptions or in-app purchases.
• The World of Nada figures are estimates calculated on your phone from public population data, not live counts.
• The Nada Challenge and the reminders are suggestions, not medical or psychological advice.

The purchase

• Nada is a one-time purchase: USD 0.99 in the US; the store shows the price in your country. No subscriptions, no ads.
• Apple or Google handle the payment, receipts and refunds under their own terms.
• The purchase is tied to your Apple ID or Google account, and you can install the app again on your phones at no extra cost.

License

D4U gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on the phones linked to your store account. You may not copy, modify, resell or reverse-engineer the app.

The app as it is

Nada is offered as it is. It does nothing on purpose, and we work to keep it that way, but we can't promise it will never have errors or work on every phone. D4U is not responsible for what you do, or don't do, while using it.

Changes and availability

D4U may update the app, change what it does or stop offering it. If these terms change, this page is updated and the date below changes.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States.
